Introduction
Our housing is designed to allow independence, comfort and security for the elderly. The properties offer a range of accommodation,  including bungalows, self-contained flats and studio flats. A variety of communal facilities are available such as a residents lounge, hairdressing and laundry areas.
 
Support is provided through a resident warden who manages the day-to-day running of the buildings taking care of repairs, security issues and care needs for individuals as appropriate.
 
Each site benefits from a warden call alarm system so that help in an emergency can be dealt with 24 hours a day.
