Participatory Learning Event: Older People & Housing and Church & Communities
Frost Swain Event

We were delighted to host independent evaluators Sarah Frost and Sue Cook and London grant holders from our Older People & Housing and Church & Communities funding programmes for a  participative learning event on 25 November 2024.

The event offered an opportunity to connect, share experiences and learn from other work on similar initiatives. Key themes included an intentional approach to building relationships, working with and learning from peers and approaches to evaluation.

A special thank you to Sue Cook and Sarah Frost for facilitating the event and to our three keynote speakers that also participated in a Q&A panel. Lucien Paul Stanfield of Claremont Project, Susan Langford of Magic Me and Avril McIntyre of Community Resources for Change

Our Older People & Housing funding programme supports organisations working with older people who are at high risk of chronic loneliness and poverty in Norfolk and London.

The Church & Community funding programme seeks to build stronger communities in areas of deprivation and support refugees and people who are homeless and deliver better outcomes for families and carers facing poverty or other challenges.
